The way we think01

Structure meets stewardship.

Falcon Law Office is committed to helping individuals, families, and business owners plan with clarity, through relationship-driven legal guidance. Strong planning starts with understanding each client's goals, priorities, and circumstances, then building structures that are tailored rather than one-size-fits-all.

Our approach is grounded in fiduciary principles, transparency, and long-term perspective. We take the time to explain our process, communicate clearly, and build structures designed to support both wealth preservation and the generations that follow.

Adam advises individuals, families, and trustees on trust and estate planning, asset protection, and fiduciary duties. He drafts the documents that create a trust and advises the people responsible for running it.

He brings more than 15 years of institutional investment experience to that work, including service on the Investment Committee of PNC Wealth Management and leading investments for a billion-dollar single-family office. Our process

From the first conversation to a plan that holds.

01

Understand
the family

Learn who you want to provide for, what you own, and what the plan needs to achieve. Define the purpose before choosing the structure.

02

Draft through
the details

Wills, trusts, and entity documents written for your facts, with every provision explained before you sign.

03

Fund and
maintain

Move assets into the trust so it works as intended, and stay available to trustees as the plan is administered.

Our principles

Different duties. One standard.

01

Fiduciary
principles

Loyalty, prudence, impartiality, and the duty to inform shape how we advise. The duties we help trustees meet are the ones we hold ourselves to.

02

Transparency

We explain our process and communicate clearly, so you understand every provision before you sign it.

03

Long-term
perspective

A trust can last for decades. We draft for successor trustees, trust protectors, and room to adapt as laws and families change.
